The domeshell reveal shows the sequence of the building ,materials. We begin with the polyester fabric. It is attached to a base and inflated. The high density urethane foam 2.8 to 3.0 pound density with a compressive strength of 50 to 55 psi is sprayed on the interior. It has both a physical and a chemical bond, locked onto the fabric. The exterior of the fabric is locked into the coating the same way. The coating sytem has options of either a urethane rubber membrane testured with light weight aggregate or a accrylic membrane covered with synthetic stucco. Each system has special strengths and are applied according to the needs of the job.
